Recently purchased my BMW CE04 and absolutely love it. Wish I had bought one sooner! Goes like a dream , the silent assassin! Plenty of power, and did I say is instant? Perfect for my daily commute. Joseph was the best, helped with my trade in and provided plenty of info on the bike , answering all my questions. He also gave me a follow up call the next week to see how it was going and if I had any questions .

I experienced amazing customer service with the team here and I would like to take a moment to share it. I had an issue with my car and Mitch was able to help me straight away on the same day. I was able to speak to a service advisor and was told to to bring to car into the department. I brought the car in to get it checked by the service team and I was expecting to not have the car back till the new year due to the busy time period during christmas. However, the next day itself, Chris from the service team contacted me and told me he will be taking care of the car and kept me updated on the car throughout the day. And to my surprise I had the car ready by the end of the day. This was amazing service. To have the issue arise and the car fixed within 24 hours and to have the car back in my hand is such an awesome feeling. Thank you so much to Mitch and Chris and the entire serive team as well as everyone else involved for giving me an early christmas present. Merry Christmas to you all :)

Another horrible experience Today i went to collect my wife’s car which was supposed to be ready last Friday ( i am a cardiologist and was busy so couldn’t go on Friday ) And behold the guy came to tell me its not ready and when i showed him his own text that proves it should have been ready last Friday, he just shrugged his shoulders and said a half hearted sorry?? Then he told me come at 1 pm it might be ready ??

Not normally one to leave a review but the experience I've received from the Preowned department has been nothing short of brilliant. The care, professionalism and transparency on display from each person I dealt with in finalising the purchase of my new X6 was a breath of fresh air. I recently bought my first motorcycle (G 310 GS) and the customer service was beyond extraordinary with the knowledge needed for buying the bike and also the knowledge on what gear is suitable and not overkill for a new rider. They stayed within my budget I set and gave me the best options I had possible within the budget. They also recommended a driving instructor and also helped me taking the bike home with loading and packing the trailer for transportation of the bike.
